Our investment in saving on-site oak trees showcases our dedication to sustainability. Those unable to be preserved will find a new purpose within The Sylvan. Carefully harvested, their heavy and dense wood undergoes meticulous processing to become furniture, bar tops, and artistic pieces in community spaces, including the office, clubhouse, and amenities.
