In our primary role of acquiring and operating multifamily housing, we offer a combination of Marquette Principal and Private Investor capital alongside our Institutional Partners. This partnership offers a substantial benefit to our high net-worth private investors, since this arrangement provides them access to diverse institutional-quality apartment asset investments for which they may not otherwise have direct access to. In many cases, the investors further enjoy sharing in the promotes offered to Marquette which allows for net investor returns that can exceed the returns that are targeted and delivered to our institutional JV partners.

Historically, investment opportunities have primarily been offered to friends and family. However, as we have grown, so has our strong base of private investors which continues to increase with each offering.

For decades, access to our sponsor equity funds has been limited to a close group of trusted investors. With SE Fund 25, we’re opening that door to new qualified investors for the first time.
