ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. – September 10, 2026 – Marquette Companies, together with LEM Capital and project partners, celebrated the groundbreaking of a new clubhouse at Avery at Arlington Lakes, located at 909 E. Golf Road in Arlington Heights.
The groundbreaking marks the next step in a broader reinvestment in the community and resident experience at Avery at Arlington Lakes. In addition to the new clubhouse, the property is undergoing apartment home renovations and targeted enhancements to its outdoor amenity spaces, helping refresh the community while building on its established strengths. Once complete, the new clubhouse will feature a modern fitness center, resident lounge and updated management office, creating a new central gathering place for residents and enhancing the community’s overall amenity offering.
Representatives from Marquette Management, LEM Capital and Mosaic Construction joined members of the project’s design and engineering team to commemorate the start of construction. Project partners include SGW Architecture, The Structural Shop, Diligent Design Group and Axiom Consultants.

The clubhouse project is part of Marquette and LEM Capital’s ongoing efforts to strategically reinvest in Avery at Arlington Lakes and position the community for continued long-term success.

Construction of the new clubhouse is now underway, with additional updates to be shared as the project progresses.
