Anchored by the 304-unit Tempo at White Oak, this district is poised to become a community hub for residents and visitors alike.

The first phase, Tempo at White Oak, will offer residential units and retail spaces, with unique live-work storefronts designed to support local entrepreneurs. Residents will enjoy a modern, walkable neighborhood surrounded by the entertainment venues of White Oak Music Hall, local brews at H-Town Brewing, and new social spots like Woodland Social.

Construction of a 20,000-square-foot retail and restaurant space will kick off in 2025, expanding the area’s attractions and transforming Keene Street into a lively streetscape. Wider sidewalks and thoughtfully designed pedestrian spaces will enhance connectivity, aligning with city goals for transit-friendly developments.
