Marquette Management Awarded Property Management Contract ForEchelon Oswego

In July, Marquette Management added Echelon Oswego, a 312-unit luxury multifamily community in rapidly growing Oswego, Ill., to its property management portfolio of more than 14,000 units across eight states.

This assignment reflects the continued momentum of Marquette’s third-party property management business, which is driven by the strength of our operating platform and our people-centric approach that applies to how we treat our residents as well as how we hire and train staff at the property level.

Echelon Oswego is the second community Marquette manages in Oswego, which has experienced a 9% population growth since 2020. No other Class A projects are under construction within four miles of Echelon Oswego, positioning the asset for continued high demand and strong rent growth. With demand outpacing supply in this part of the Chicago suburbs, we see meaningful opportunity to create value for our client and deliver a standout resident experience by putting Echelon in the best position to not only address demand and provide an exceptional living experience, but also maximize performance for our ownership client.

Completed in 2024, the property is conveniently located 15 minutes from both Interstates 55 and 88. The community is in the sought-after Oswego Community Unit School District 308 (rated A-minus by Niche.com) and just minutes from major retailers such as Target and Meijer as well as top healthcare facilities.
