MARQUETTE CLOSES ON CLUB OF THE ISLE

Marquette Companies is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of Club of the Isle located in Galveston, TX. Club of the Isle is a 248 unit resort-style luxury community constructed in 2005 featuring high-end condominium level finishes and amenities. The project previously failed as a condominium conversion and Marquette acquired it out of foreclosure. Marquette has returned the focus to a rental strategy with the vision of operating as the premier apartment community on the island.
