Creekside Ranch Apartments in Bradenton, Florida was purchased by Marquette through a joint venture with an institutional investor.  The asset includes 256 one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units in five residential buildings w/ one clubhouse and 12 detached garage buildings.  The property was acquired on November 30, 2021.  Marquette will implement its proven value add strategy at this investment through optimization of its operating platform, unit and amenity renovations, branding updates and providing exceptional service to improve customer experience ratings.

Equinox
Saint Anthony, MN

Equinox Apartments in Saint Anthony, Minnesota was purchased by Marquette through a joint venture with an institutional investor. The 266 one-bedroom and two-bedroom units in 3-story garden-style buildings were purchased on September 28, 2021.  Marquette will implement its proven value add strategy at this investment through optimization of its operating platform, unit and amenity renovations, branding updates and providing exceptional service to improve customer experience ratings.

Arbor Hills
Antioch, TN

Arbor Hills Apartments was purchased by Marquette through a joint venture with an institutional investor on August 2, 2021. The 548-unit property has one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units in 28 two- and three-story garden- style buildings.  Arbor hills will undergo a full rebrand and repositioning within the market, in addition to Marquette’s proven value add strategy of optimization of the properties operating platform, unit and amenity renovations, and providing exceptional service to improve customer experience ratings.

East End Lofts
Houston, TX

East End Lofts (previously Marquis Downtown Houston Lofts) in Houston, Texas is a 244-unit property acquired through a joint venture with an institutional investor. Marquette purchased East End Lofts on July 14th, 2021, and the property includes 7 buildings and parking structure and will implement their proven value add strategy of through optimization of its operating platform, unit and amenity renovations, and providing exceptional service to improve customer experience ratings.

The Haven of Battle Creek
St. Paul, MN

The Haven of Battle Creek (previously Phoenix Apartments) in Saint Paul, Minnesota was purchased by Marquette through a joint venture with an institutional investor. The 216 one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units in one, 3-story, fully enclosed building over heated underground parking was purchased on May 17, 2021.  Marquette will implement its proven value add strategy at this investment through optimization of its operating platform, unit and amenity renovations, branding updates and providing exceptional service to improve customer experience ratings.

The Haven at Grosse Pointe
Harper Woods, MI

The Haven at Grosse Pointe (previously Meadows on Balfour) in Harper Woods, Michigan was purchased by Marquette through a joint venture with an institutional investor.  The 408 one-bedroom and two-bedroom in 2 and 3-story garden-style buildings was purchased on January 22, 2021.  Marquette will implement its proven value add strategy at this investment through optimization of its operating platform, unit and amenity renovations, and providing exceptional service to improve customer experience ratings.

Valley Lo Towers
Glenview, Illinois

In November 2018, Marquette joint-ventured with an institutional partner to acquire Valley Lo Towers, a 112-unit Class A apartment community located in Glenview, Illinois.  Developed in 1985, the property is comprised of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in one four-story and one five-story concrete poured brick façade building with elevators and underground parking.  There is also a stand-alone leasing center / clubhouse with a resident pool and tennis court.  Valley Lo Towers is located on seven acres of land in the Northshore sub-market, approximately 20 miles north of Downtown Chicago.  The apartment community is part of a larger master-planned community that includes a golf course, condo buildings, and apartment buildings.  Valley Lo Towers is positioned within minutes of I-94 and located between the Lake County / Northshore and Downtown Chicago employment centers.  The property is within walking distance to two Metra stations, providing convenient access to Downtown Chicago.  Marquette’s strategy is to implement a value-add program to the units with the addition of stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, new shaker-style cabinets, and wood plank flooring, along with the full renovation of the building entrances, common spaces, and community amenities.
