The land is located just north of the I-88 technology corridor at the highly visible intersection of Orchard Road and Randall Road in North Aurora, Illinois. The project creates a superior lifestyle for-rent niche compared to other conventional apartment products due to the attached 2-car garages, four-unit and six-unit building types, two-story living, and 2 to 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. The units will range in size from 1,372 to 1,688 sq. ft. with projected average base case rental rates at $1.18 per sq. ft.
