Mr. Ryan co-founded Marquette in 1983 and since its formation, it has designed, developed, acquired and operated more than $2 billion of apartments, master planned communities, student housing, mixed use developments, office and industrial properties.

Marquette Management, Inc., is the National Award winning apartment operating company of Marquette, has more than 250 employees, and currently manages 9000 apartment units throughout the central portion of the United States. The Marquette Principals have managed more than 50,000 apartment units throughout the country, during their careers.

Mr. Ryan co-founded Kensington / Marquette Partners in 1994, which has acquired more than $1 billion of investment properties on behalf of its clients, including apartments, senior housing and student housing.

Mr. Ryan is a civil engineer, graduating from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology in 1975. He is a board member of the National Multi-Housing Council, the National Institute for Community, Choose DuPage and is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association.

After completing his graduate studies in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Mr. Sloniger became the Vice President of Real Estate Development for the largest non-profit development company in the City of Chicago. Before joining Marquette, Mr. Sloniger owned and operated his own development company. Mr. Sloniger is known for his ability to form long-term, successful strategic joint venture relationships with many institutional funds.

Since 2010, Mr. Sloniger has led the company in executing more than $600 Million in acquisitions and development addding more than 4500 units to the Marquette portfolio.

Mr. Ryan began his career working for LaSalle Bank N.A. in the commercial real estate appraisal review department and continued with Stout Risius Ross, Inc. as a commercial real estate analyst/consultant and licensed appraiser before joining Marquette in 2004.

Directing over 40+ lease ups of A properties, managing in excess of 30,000 units over that time period and managing 19 million square feet of retail and office space for one of the top 25 Retail Management & Development companies in the nation.

His primary responsibilities include acquisition and development underwriting, debt and equity coordination, due diligence and closings, and new deal origination/screening of acquisition and development opportunities across all of Marquette’s markets.

Mr. Berkey holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from Indiana University. He received his Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

With over 20 years’ experience in the multi-family real estate industry, Mr. Prosapio joined Marquette to operate its first condominium conversion in 1995, and has led this multi-disciplined team developing condo conversions, new construction condo, and new construction mixed-use developments totaling over $200,000,000. On a many of these developments, proforma metrics were far exceeded establishing new market standards for unit pricing and absorption rates. When market conditions turned, Marquette shifted its business plan to acquiring distressed assets. Mr. Prosapio was key in successfully repositioning, re-capitalizing, and condo reverting several these formerly distressed assets. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Mr. Prosapio re-trained from meteorology to real estate finance 21 years ago. Mr. Prosapio has established Marquette’s brand of success in both robust and depressed markets, and has served as a court appointed receiver for LaSalle Bank, and Bank of America.

Prior to joining Marquette, Sandy worked as an accountant for various Chicago based commercial real estate companies including JMB Realty Corporation, The Fifield Companies and Frain, Camins and Swartchild. During her 16 year tenure at Marquette, Sandy has become responsible for the accounting, budgeting and financial reporting for all of The Marquette Companies 60+ entities.

Mr. Wood has a M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University-Chicago and a B.S. in Business Management from North Park University.
